You are solely responsible for all content you upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through our platform. By submitting user content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with the platform.
You agree not to engage in any conduct that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable when using our platform. You also agree not to engage in any activity that would interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform.
All intellectual property rights in and to the platform, including but not limited to, its software, design, logos, and content, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, perform, display, or create derivative works from the platform without our express written permission.
CoreSkills offers subscription-based access to our platform. By signing up for a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees as set forth on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable and are billed in advance. We reserve the right to change the pricing at any time, and any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms or engaged in any unauthorized activity. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claims or damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the platform in the six (6) months prior to the claim.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated terms on our platform. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
